But what happens when we put our attention on it and alter it?
When we consciously change our breath, we unlock the potential to reshape our thoughts, emotions, and actions. It’s a hidden superpower that most people have yet to discover.
That’s why we put together this workshop series—to show you that you have the greatest tool right underneath your nose.
In each of the 20-minute sessions, we will weave theory with practice so that you can feel and understand how breathing can become one of the most powerful resources for building a healthy, balanced, and present lifestyle.

Over five days, you will go through a progressive series of lessons with a corresponding practice, each focusing on a core breathing principle to build a solid foundation of understanding and experience.
DAY 1
June 10
Breath is AWARENESS
Breath practice starts with fine-tuning our awareness. As we begin to consciously engage the breath, we begin to uncover and establish a baseline of its natural tone, texture, and tendencies.
DAY 2
June 11
Breath is CHEMISTRY
Learn how your body metabolizes energy through the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide to maintain cellular function and overall balance. Sounds scary, but we promise it isn’t!
DAY 3
June 12
Breath is MOVEMENT
Explore what happens when we play with the mobility and flexibility in our ribs, abdomen, and chest. By directing our awareness and breath into these areas, we open up new spaces in the body.
DAY 4
June 13
Breath is BEHAVIOR
Your breath is the gateway to understanding your nervous system and the various states of being you might embody at any moment. We will explore the breath and its input into how you feel.
DAY 5
June 14
Breath is YOU
We are all individuals, so it is important to personalize your practice to align with what resonates within you. It should be enjoyable and fulfilling, both mentally and physically, which is essential for making it a consistent habit!
