In each of the 20-minute sessions, we will weave theory with practice so that you can feel and understand how breathing can become one of the most powerful resources for building a healthy, balanced, and present lifestyle.

Breath practice is about fine-tuning our awareness. A baseline of the breath’s natural tone, texture, and tendencies is the starting point as we begin to consciously engage it.

DAY 2

June 11

Breath is CHEMISTRY

Learn how your body metabolizes energy through the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide to maintain cellular function and overall balance.

Breath is MOVEMENT
