Where: Zoom (* link will be sent upon purchase – check your spam ** Event will be recorded and sent out 48 hours after completion)

Our voice is a fundamental part of our personality, but also a key factor for our body. It is directly linked to our physical and emotional state and its sound can give us feedback about the efficiency of our breathing mechanism and overall coordination of our structures.

In this webinar, we will:

  • look at the functional anatomy of the voice
  • learn about how pressure is perceived and managed by our body
  • learn how to use our voice as a tool to train our breathing mechanism

No matter whether you need your voice in your professional life or want to improve your breathing efficiency, those two are interconnected in a complex system that is worth exploring!
