INTERBREATHING is a take on the Buddhist teaching, interbeing, a term created by Thich Nhat Hanh that details and explains the interconnectedness and interdependence of all living things. It points to the ongoing continuation of realization of the here and now that is inherent in sincere presence practice.

In eight online meetings over one month, INTERBREATHING instructs a blend of conscious breathing techniques, breath awareness, and mindfulness practice as intentional practices for the individual, which help develop a greater and ongoing sense of the reality of non-separation between individual self and world.

Program Timing:

September 12 - October 6, 2022

  • 4 x Monday evenings from 5:00-5:45 PM PST (September 12, 19, 26 & October 3), for thematic perspective, a guided breath+mindfulness session, and a Q&A period
  • 4 x Thursday mornings from 6:30-7:00 AM PST (September 15, 22, 29, & October 6), for a guided practice period
  • All sessions are recorded and provided 24 hours after the live session to participants

By the end of this month-long course, participants will...
