Interbreathing is a four-week online experience taught by Luke Wientzen, bridging breath practice to mindfulness, enhancing connectedness, deep presence, compassion, and joy.
When: September 11 – October 6, 2022
— OR —
INTERBREATHING is a take on the Buddhist teaching, interbeing, a term created by Thich Nhat Hanh that details and explains the interconnectedness and interdependence of all living things. It points to the ongoing continuation of realization of the here and now that is inherent in sincere presence practice.
In eight online meetings over one month, INTERBREATHING instructs a blend of conscious breathing techniques, breath awareness, and mindfulness practice as intentional practices for the individual, which help develop a greater and ongoing sense of the reality of non-separation between individual self and world.
