Cass’s work meets at the intersection of science and spirituality, coaching groups and individuals in the tenets of embodiment. She has dedicated 25 years to in-depth studies in applied anatomy, somatics, and functional physiology, gaining insights into the nuances of our body’s intricate mechanisms, particularly as they relate to emotional well-being and the aging process. Her practice integrates breathwork, alignment-based movement, injury prevention and recovery, empowering clients to navigate the changes that come with life.

Lindsey Melton

Lindsey brings over 20 years of experience in movement, breathwork, and postural alignment. A seasoned teacher of the GYROTONIC® Method, she combines functional breath coaching, applied anatomy, and nervous system support to guide her clients toward deeper self-awareness. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, empowerment, and the belief that lasting change comes from working with the body, not against it.

Not at all! This masterclass is designed for all levels – whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner.

Yes! You’ll receive lifetime access to all three videos to revisit whenever you need.

A pillow or bolster, a blanket, and a scarf or a strap. We also recommend comfortable clothing, and a quiet space where you can move freely.

The live masterclass call is 2 hours. The recorded videos are each about 20 minutes. We recommend doing the practice in each of the recorded videos for two days.
