1-on-1 Private Coaching Session

$200.00

Most people have never watched themselves breathe. You've been doing it your whole life without a second thought, and that's exactly where the pattern hides.

In this hour, I watch you breathe in real time and assess what's actually happening under your default. Not a generic session. Not a script. We look at your mechanics, your nervous system, and whatever's been running quietly in the background.

I'm a Certified Breathing Behavior Analyst, trained in capnometry, and I've spent years working this exact process with professional athletes, including the San Diego Padres, and with people carrying real pressure in their work and their lives. I bring the same eye to your session.

Meet Your Coach

Reis Paluso is a breath specialist and coach who helps people like you navigate pressure with clarity and a strong sense of self.

He's a self-taught builder with a background in entrepreneurship, digital media, storytelling, and brand development. He's started and led multiple businesses and knows firsthand what it costs to build something without understanding how you're wired. That experience shapes everything he does now. He's a certified Breathing Behavior Analyst, the breath coach for the San Diego Padres, and the founder of Our Breath Collective. He's worked with professional athletes, military special operators, burned-out founders, and teenagers learning to trust themselves under pressure.

People come to Reis when something isn't working, and they can't name why. He sees what others miss in how someone breathes, how they carry themselves, how they manage their load, and how they relate to the life they're living. He doesn't hand people a program. He sits with them in the real work and helps them build something that actually holds.
