Outcome: You’ll understand the framework, know your starting point, and feel grounded for the journey ahead.

Week 3

Mechanics: Breath is Movement

Discover how your body is designed to breathe. Explore posture, movement, and rhythm practices that help your breath feel freer, more expansive, and more available.

Outcome: You’ll experience breathing as a whole-body movement and uncover how it is designed to flow.

Week 5

Nervous System: Meet Yourself Where You Are

Learn how your breath reflects your state — stress, calm, or shutdown — and how to work with it in real time to support regulation instead of fighting against it.

Outcome: You’ll be able to understand your nervous system states and match your breath to your needs in real time.

Week 2

Awareness: Curiosity Over Control

Notice your breath as it is, without forcing it. Map your current patterns and begin building awareness as the foundation for everything to come.

Outcome: You’ll begin to get to know your current breathprint and understand what your breath and body are telling you.

Week 4

Chemistry: Air Hunger as Teacher

Understand how oxygen and carbon dioxide shape your experience. Work with gentle air hunger to build comfort, capacity, and trust in your breath.

Outcome: You’ll learn the various sensations associated with stress and how to work with them.

Week 6

Integration: Weaving Your BreathprintOS

Bring it all together. Anchor what you’ve learned into your daily life, define your personal “breath operating system,” and be able to understand what to use and when.

Outcome: Walk away confident in choosing and adapting practices that fit your needs in the moment.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Reis Paluso, co-founder of Our Breath Collective and a breath coach who has guided thousands of people in discovering the power of their own breath.

For nearly a decade, I’ve been teaching daily practices inside OBC, leading retreats and trainings around the world, and working directly with pro athletes, including serving as the breath coach for the San Diego Padres.

But more than the science and the resume, what matters most is this: I’m someone who has wrestled with stress, overwhelm, and inconsistency too. Breathwork isn’t something I “figured out” and now hand down. It’s something I practice every day, because I need it too.

BreathprintOS is the program I wish I had when I started. It’s the closest thing to working with me one-on-one, but in a group setting with the support of community. Together, we’ll combine science, daily practice, and real-life application to help you build a breath system you can rely on.
