What is the Breathwork Intensive?
This isn’t a facilitator training or a one-size-fits-all method. It’s a live, 6-week course designed for individuals who want to better understand their breath—and ultimately, themselves.
You’ll explore foundational breathing principles through a blend of science-backed education, embodied practice, and reflection. You’ll learn how your breath mirrors your state, and how to work with it to create clarity, presence, and real-life change.
No fixed methods. No performance pressure. Just breath play, nervous system literacy, and tools you’ll carry for life.
Course Includes
- 6 live, 90-minute Zoom sessions (Wednesdays @ 4 PM PST). All sessions are recorded and shared for on-demand replay.
- A one-month membership to Our Breath Collective* to assist in developing a daily practice and to experience the principles in action from a variety of instructors
- Journaling prompts and reflection worksheets
- A study guide to track your growth and learning
- Ability to connect with other participants inside our private Circle community platform
