Breath of the Week: Pathways to Peace with Amanda Ewell

This week’s Breath of the Week is called Pathways to Peace, a quiet and gentle practice led by Amanda Ewell. It’s a soft invitation to slow down, observe, and find presence in your breath, just as it is.

Amanda will guide you through three simple breath pathways:

  1. Nose in — Nose out
  2. Nose in — Softly out through the mouth
  3. Gentle mouth in — Gentle mouth out

Layered between each pathway is a pause: a moment to stretch, rest, or simply listen inward.
