This week’s Breath of the Week is a playful, powerful practice called Sigh It Out (Loud), led by OBC co-founder Reis Paluso. It’s designed to help you drop into your body, move energy, and let go of whatever you’ve been holding – physically, emotionally, energetically.
This session isn’t quiet or contained. It’s expressive. Full-body. Fun.
Here’s the flow:
- 30 connected nasal breaths — slow and smooth
- Exhale hold (30 seconds)
- Inhale 10 / hold 30 / exhale 10
- Then: 10 / 20 / 10 and 10 / 10 / 10
- Audible sighing and vocal letting go
- Humming, fluttered lips, and breath play
- A final soft landing in stillness
You’re encouraged to move, make noise, and explore what it feels like to fully exhale – not just air, but tension, overwhelm, pressure.
“There’s a lot going on in the world. We’re all feeling it, whether we realize it or not. So… LET. IT. GO.”
This one’s here for your nervous system, your body, and your whole self.
