How It Works
Step 1 – Local
If you are local to San Diego, we will be at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas on January 1 at 8 AM for breathwork on the beach and a cold dip in the Pacific Ocean.
This event is our way of bringing together the local community to start the year strong. So come on out for a morning of exhilaration, fun, and connection.
After we plunge, we will have hot beverages (coffee), snacks, and a bonfire.

For those of you who cannot be in person for our local event, not to worry!
